| Tiling takes a good week.When building with tilt panels be sure to wash the walls with tilt panel wash to remove the bond breaker or your tiles will fall off. Use a dark grout as a light colour will stain. |

| Plant room Electrical looks very daunting, Anthony from Anthonys Electrical and Refrigeration Pty Ltd installed all the conduit including the security in 53 hours{On His own}.A great effort considering he has never done a car wash before. |

| Plumbing is very busy. There is rainwater tanks to connect up as well as recycle and trade waste tanks. All recycle tanks had to be vented.Then there is drainage of the driveways and connection of the gross pollutant tank.The plant room piping is ready for concreting on 26th.The Boys from Mark Maunder Plumbing have produced excellent results. |

| The Steel installers were 3 days late but worked over the weekend to catch up. It is important the tilt panels are made to exact measurments so the steel can fit. |

| Tilt panel installation only takes one full 12hour day which is good considering crane hire is $7.00 a minute. |

| There are 23 tilt panels for our construction. First we need 4 level sites with a concrete base.When choosing the location of the slabs you have to consider access for the concrete trucks and crane placement when the panels have to be placed in position.Each day they pour 4 tilt panels starting with the biggest panels then using a Water base solution before each pour so the panels dont stick together. |

| We are using 4 tanks for recycling.First the hole is dug to the required depth.Sand is placed on the bottom.The tanks are crained into position.Soil is compacted around the sides.Piping will be hooked up later.
The system when completed will recycle 3150 liters per hour
